I’m employed as a forensic interviewer at a children’s advocacy center. For over a decade, I have had the privilege of forensically interviewing thousands of children, teens, and young adults who may have been a victim or witness to a crime. Over my 20 years of work in the mental health field, I have worked with survivors of domestic violence in shelter settings, teens in inpatient settings, and teens and their families in outpatient programs. I have presented at national conference and state conferences on child witnesses to domestic violence, child abuse and neglect which can lead to fatalities, and language access in high-trauma settings. I know the struggles kids, families, and helping professionals face in today’s world, and I am here to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.
In my spare time I like to spend time with my husband, our two girls, and our two dogs. I also like to hang out with friends, and enjoy the beautiful Colorado outdoors.
