Currently All Sessions Are Being Done Via Telehealth

Telehealth

Are you a busy stay-at-home or working parent, and you don’t have time to drive across town for an appointment?  Are you a helping professional who feels like you don’t have time to take care of yourself? Do you feel like you couldn’t add another thing on your to-do list when you already feel stretched thin?

Or, since the world went on-line, do you prefer to do things virtually?

If so, telehealth may be the answer.

Telehealth allows me to provide mental health services to my clients via a live video conference.  Thanks to modern technology, just about everyone in the U.S. has a smart phone, tablet, or device capable of video chat.  This ease of access to make video calls has been a way for people to get connected.

Telehealth appointments can be so helpful when going to a traditional, in-person appointment is challenging.  Barriers that were once in the way of you getting the help you want can be broken down by using telehealth.

There is a convenience to scheduling appointments through an app on your phone, or on your device.  Once you have your appointment secured, you can find a comfortable, private spot for your counseling session.  The telehealth platform is HIPAA secure, which means your information is protected.  To learn more about telehealth and to get started, please contact me today.
